These Terms and Conditions apply to use of this website and purchases from HAR & HUES DECOR — ABN 94 181 105 992, Lara, Victoria 3212, Australia (“we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Contact: homedecorapac@gmail.com.
Eligibility and Australian sales
You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate order and delivery information. We currently sell and deliver within Australia only.
Products and handmade characteristics
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary between screens. Brass, handcrafted and artisan products may have minor variations in colour, patina, texture, dimensions and finish. These natural variations are not necessarily defects. Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so prices do not include a separately charged GST amount. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown before you place the order. Payment must be authorised through an available checkout method.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where an item is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected or delivery is not reasonably available. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.
Delivery and local pickup
Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in products passes on delivery or collection, subject to applicable law. Local pickup is available only after we confirm that the order is ready; the collection address and instructions will be provided privately. See the Shipping & Local Pickup Policy.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Care and safe use
Follow product care instructions and use products only for their intended decorative or household purpose. Keep heavy, fragile, sharp, hot or candle-related items away from children and unstable surfaces. Never leave a lit candle unattended. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow clear instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, photographs, graphics and branding are owned by us or used with permission. You may view the website for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any permitted limitation is subject to the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws. We may update them from time to time; the version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
